A MASQUERADE ball, in aid of Zoe’s Place baby hospice, was held at Gisborough Hall Hotel on October 30.
The event was organised by flight attendant Katie Easto and her friend Emma Oswin. Almost 220 people attended and the event is believed to have raised more than £4,000.
A charity auction, featuring the prizes including a week in a villa in Lake Como, and a signed Boro shirt, was held, and entertainment included band The Dice Men.
The event was a sell-out.
Ms Easto said: “We couldn’t even fit the band in for food.
“I organised it because I really wanted to go to a masquerade ball. Zoe’s Place is close to our hearts because a little boy we know went there.
“We were really well supported by local businesses and it was a really good night, really successful.”
