A new addition to Stokesley High Street opened on Saturday, a unique shop specialising in handcrafted lifelike reborn dolls.

Reborn Dolls by Samantha, is at 18 High Street, Stokesley.

Samantha, the owner of the store, is an artist who creates life-like baby dolls with "meticulous attention to detail and a passion for providing joy to her customers".

The shop will offer a wide range of handcrafted reborn dolls, each hand-painted and built by Samantha herself. These dolls are known for their realistic features, including delicate hand-rooted hair and intricate details.

The dolls cater to a diverse audience, from collectors to those seeking therapeutic benefits, such as individuals dealing with dementia.

The shop is not part of a larger chain, but rather a local venture that aims to provide a personalised and intimate experience for its customers.

By opening this shop, Samantha hopes to not only showcase her work but also to create a welcoming space where people can connect with the art of reborn dolls and experience the comfort and joy they can bring.

Samantha said “I am so excited to be opening my new shop and bringing my Reborn Dolls to Stokesley. I'm also looking forward to being part of the bustling community here - everyone has been very welcoming.

“Not only will this be a shop, it will also be my studio so people will be able to see me hand making the dolls. In the shop I will also be selling doll prams, clothes and lots of different accessories. Please come and visit me soon!”
