The Friends of The Bowes Museum will hold a special fundraising concert on Saturday (April 27).
Barnard Castle’s St Mary’s Community Orchestra and Community Choir will perform in the museum’s Blue Picture Gallery at 3pm.
This concert is free to attend, however normal admission to the museum applies. As part of the Friends' ongoing effort to support The Bowes Museum, donations to the group are welcomed.
A spokesperson said: "The concert programme contains a wide-range of popular tunes and song favourites and is a wonderful chance to enjoy the collective talents of the local community. Come along and immerse yourself in a celebration of music, community and culture."
